Morgan Valley Lamb has found a new home! Wes Crandall, of Jones Creek Beef, and his family have taken up the baton. This new generation of Morgan Valley Lamb will be more inclusive of many select Utah family sheep operations, with the same humane production practices and traditions.
Many of our finest restaurants have already put Morgan Valley Lamb on their winter menus. Wes and I will be working together to make our genuine Utah lamb more available than ever.
